Every day, hundreds of cases and matters are decided in courts across Sweden. Our organization consists of employees with various competencies, each of whom is significant in maintaining legal security and high quality at all levels.
We are now seeking one or more court administrators for temporary positions from February to August 2026, with the possibility of extension.

- receiving and registering documents
- managing correspondence and monitoring deadlines
- summoning parties to hearings
- issuing judgments and decisions
You will have daily contact with colleagues, other authorities, representatives, parties, and the public. The work is governed by clear regulations and procedures and requires you to quickly switch between different tasks. There are good opportunities for professional development and, after delegation, to independently prepare cases and matters. Minutes-taking at hearings may also be part of your duties.
We are looking for someone who has:

- at least one year of experience in administrative work
- very good computer skills
- good ability to express yourself in speech and writing
It is an advantage if you have relevant post-secondary education, experience from a court, or other public sector work.
To thrive with us, you need to be collaborative, structured, and quality-conscious. You have a good ability to see the whole in administrative flows, can prioritize, and take responsibility in your work. High integrity, good judgment, and security awareness are crucial.
We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. It is important that you:
- collaborate well and can work both independently and in a team
- are flexible and take initiative
- are responsible and loyal
To be considered for employment, you must meet high standards regarding judgment, security awareness, and suitability. This means that you uphold democratic values and the governmental values that guide the operations of the Swedish Courts.
We offer you:
We offer you an interesting, responsible, and varied job at a modern court. We care about our employees' well-being, satisfaction, and finding meaning in their work to contribute to the court's development.
